Furthermore, the Bastille Spéria hotel is particularly well served by public transport, which gives quick access to the other great tourist attractions in the capital. Underground line no. 1, in particular, gives access, just a few stations away, to the Louvre museum, the Palais Royal and all the Champs Elysées. Line no. 8, amongst other things, allows you to go straight to the spectacular opéra Garner district and its famous Department Stores in the boulevard Haussmann. With regard to buses, the no. 69 goes straight to the Orsay museum, the Invalides and the Eiffel tower. As for nos. 86 and 87, they set you down at the Arab World Institute and in the bubbling district of Saint-Germain des Prés, whilst the no. 91 stops at the national Natural History Museum overlooking the green of the jardin des Plantes (Botanical Gardens).
